We focus on the account receivables and billing industries, primarily to consumers. In other words, Payment Management industries. From original first party billing, payment management and contract/agreement signing to the final stages of debt collection. Each step in these stages from contract signing to recovery operations is fraught with consumer frustrations and poorly planned workflows designed into or added on to core software. Each of these poor user experiences inhibit the easy resolution of a payment. We work with large medical billing operations to small debt collection firms and offer clients new and innovative processes designed with ease of use in mind.
